Naperville CARES is hosting its fourth annual gourmet wine pairing dinner at Sullivan's Steakhouse in downtown Naperville, Toasting for a Cause. The evening will feature a gourmet five-course meal and wine pairing. The event will be held on November 9 from 6:30 to 9:30 PM. The dinner will feature gourmet five course meal with fare such as smoked salmon rosettes and filet mignon. This year will also showcase five exceptional wines, expertly paired with each course, including Silver Oak's Cabernet Sauvignon. Tickets for the event are $125 per person. $75 of each ticket goes directly to support CARES and is a tax-deductible for income tax.
