If so, please join us for an initial meeting of Health Providers where the goal is for providers to form positive working relationships with other providers in order to best serve their patients. We will have our initial meeting on Thursday, November 12th from 11:30am-12:30pm in Conference room D on the 3rd floor of the Main Street Promenade next to the Naperville Chamber offices.
