League of Women Voters of Naperville Sponsors the Second in a Series of Roundtable Discussion on Ethics The Naperville League is focusing on Ethics in DuPage County. Naperville, IL: The November Meeting will feature guest speakers Tony Michelassi and Jim Healy, both representatives of District 5 on the DuPage County Board. Speakers will discuss issues on the proposed revisions to the County’s ethics ordinance, the impact of sunshine laws and how the new transparency committee is functioning. The League is committed to reform and endorses oversight and enforcement of ethics rules and lobbying laws through independent review and citizen input.
